High incorporation of ¹³CH₃ isotopomer of methyl groups in valine residues without detectable scrambling is achieved using SLAM-V^proS-¹³CH₃ kit. This kit has been tested with protein isotopic labeling in E. coli. It enables investigation of supramolecular complex upto 1 MDa in solid-state NMR spectroscopy studies.
